What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it back or get rid of it. We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used — page views and referrers, not individual browsing histories.
If you subscribe to our email list we store your email address and the date you opted in.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into a hosted, encrypted field operated by our third-party payment provider and are exchanged for an opaque token. Our systems receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the expiry date.
The billing address you enter is passed to the payment provider so the card issuer can verify it. We do not use it for anything else.

- To answer support and guidance enquiries
- To handle returns and exchanges
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
- To send marketing email — only if you opted in
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our payment provider, our shipping carriers and our email provider, in each case only so they can perform that service for your order. We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for two years.
Your rights
Email hello@getpetyx.com to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days and we do not charge for it. Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights — California, the UK, the EU — those rights apply and the same address handles them.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep your bag between visits, plus privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising trackers, no third-party ad pixels, no cross-site profiling.
